Sensibo products are covered by a limited 12 month warranty.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

What does the Sensibo Room Sensor do?
The Room Sensor measures the temperature and humidity in your room 24/7 with high accuracy to provide even more comfort and control. Additionally, it has a motion sensor to detect presence in the room, autonomously activating the AC unit when you enter the room and turning it off when you leave. This is a huge energy saver and comfort addition to the Sensibo Air.
How do I install the Room Sensor?
The room sensor is a truly wireless battery operated smart sensor. This small sensor can be placed anywhere in the room with the provided stand or mounted on a wall with double sided tape.
Does the Room Sensor work with all Sensibo devices?
The Room Sensor only works with the Sensibo Air. It is not compatible with the Sensibo Sky.
What's the difference between Air and Sky?
The Sensibo Air is our controller for PRO users. It is designed for those who are looking for greater accuracy in their home climate and even more energy savings. It integrates with Apple HomeKit, uses a more advanced chipset and supports WiFi & Bluetooth Low Energy. It is also smaller and slicker, can naturally be placed on a table or shelf, or hung on a wall. The Sensibo Air can be extended with our truly wireless Room Sensors (also available as a bundle).
Does Air support Apple HomeKit?
Yes. The Sensibo Air is Apple HomeKit certified. You can control it using the Apple HomeKit app.
Does it really take 1 minute to install?
The average installation time for a Sensibo device is around 1 minute. Just scan the QR code on the Sensibo device and follow the instructions.
You don’t need a screwdriver.
